SYNOPSIS:
Jackson plays kilt-wearing chemist Elmo McElroy, who invents the "Royale with cheese" of illegal drugs. After staging a fire at the warehouse of his drug-lord boss (Meat Loaf), he heads to Liverpool to sell the new formula, where, aided by a soccer-obsessed limey (Carlyle), he fends off skinheads, a crooked cop, and a hit woman (Mortimer). The film's British reviews were decidedly mixed, but Hong Kong action legend Yu delivers the expected high-voltage mayhem.
