There Will Be Blood

Taking place in turn-of-the-20th century America, Blood tells the story of an oil tycoon (Daniel Day-Lewis) whose discovery of bubbling crude turns a quiet hamlet into a boomtown. The prickly tycoon and his son find themselves caught up in a web of greed, violence, and corruption as they also draw the ire of a fiery and charismatic young preacher (Paul Dano).
