The Golden Globes telecast was the first awards-show casualty of the Writers Guild of America strike. Still, NBC made a go of it Sunday with a "newscast" announcing the winners that was hosted by Access Hollywood's Nancy O'Dell and Billy Bush. Not taking the stage, but taking a prize in the film categories were the likes of Johnny Depp, Cate Blanchett, and audience film favorite Atonement.
