He Who Must Not Be Named is the most feared wizard in the Harry Potter universe. Known for mercilessly killing anyone who stands in his way, Voldemort somehow hit a wall and fell to the infant Harry Potter. After a little while spent hanging out on other people's heads and resting up, he's returned to finish the job. Ruthless, powerful, and ugly — he's a bad-guy triple threat.

What is it with evil wizards and babies? Although Voldemort was trying to kill baby Potter, Vigo was simply trying to possess baby Oscar so that he might live again as a pampered, Upper-West-Side, socialite. Distracting opponents with his erratic, culturally unclassifiable corner-man Janos, Vigo harnesses the power of slime to lay waste to his enemies. Unless, of course, they happen to be armed with "happy slime," his one weakness. That, and Auld Lang Syne. But make no mistake, you are still like the buzzing of flies to him.
