Cromwell's Captain Stacy doesn't get much screen time, but it sounds like we'll seeing more of him soon.
"There are a number of villains in this film and each of their back stories has to be explicated. And that takes a lot of time, so the story of Stacy and his daughter [Bryce Dallas Howard] was truncated. In the comics, Captain Stacy died [protecting a child during a fight between Spider-Man and Doc Ock] so the purists were a little disappointed [that it didn't happen in Spider-Man 2]. So they've included him now, I think, with the idea that in Spider-Man 4, I will come back and be appropriately sacrificed."
