1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter, click on the Win Stuff button for the Classic Christmas Favorites Collection contest on www.premiere.com. Fill out the information requested: name, email address, phone and postal address. You may enter the Sweepstakes on or after December 16th, 2008, 12:01 p.m. ET; all entries must be received by 12:01 p.m. ET, January 15th, 2009. Limit one entry per person per day. Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

3. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Employees of Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., Inc. ("Sponsor") and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

5. Drawing will be held on or January 15th, 2009. Three (3) prizewinners will be drawn randomly from the pool of eligible entries. Each prizewinner will receive one (1) Classic Christmas Favorites Collection and one (1) Jack Frost DVD (approximate retail value: $39.98 and $19.98). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded.

6. Winner may be notified by mail and/or by email. Winner must comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification letter, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification letter or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

7. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible and Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

8. Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsor from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Sweepstakes with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize. By entering and/or by accepting the prize, you agree to have your name listed as the winner on www.premiere.com. and in the Premiere.com free e-mail newsletter.

10. No substitution of prizes, except by Sponsor in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be substituted. Prizes are not transferable.

11. You agree that you shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

12. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, disqualify, or terminate any entrant in the event that an entry become infected or is otherwise technically impaired. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway or the Web site.

13. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

14. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in New York County in the State of New York.

15. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email or mail.
